Driven by purpose.

Most couples don't come to me because they're broken. They come because life has gotten busy, communication feels harder, and connection feels farther away than it used to.

As a licensed therapist and relationship specialist, I help couples move beyond surface-level conflict and understand what's happening underneath—the stress, unmet needs, fears, and patterns that shape how we relate to one another.

My work is about healing the space between partners, rebuilding trust, strengthening communication, and creating deeper connection.

Couples in Context extends that mission beyond the therapy room, bringing couples together for meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and opportunities to grow together.
